Dear Praxis Clients,

 

It has come to our attention that during troubleshooting efforts our Support team occasionally requests and is sent image files or screenshots that inadvertedly contain Protected Health Information.

In order to maintain HIPAA compliancy you must delete the specific information or use imaginary patients. For issues with specific patients it is recommened you provide only the patient registration number.

 

Deleting is simple. You can paste or open the image with MS Paint and then cross out the name. Click here for an examaple.
