Dear Praxis Clients,
We have been alerted on issues concerning Scanaway.
Adobe Acrobat Reader, a 3rd party software responsible for making PDF files visible in ScanAway, has undergone a recent update.
This update forces changes in settings in order to address a number of issues. These are the following steps to address them locally:
1. Open ADOBE READER
2. Go to EDIT > PREFERENCES
3. In CATEGORIES go to SECURITY (ENHANCED)
4. In SANDOBOX PROTECTIONS > PROTECTED VIEW make sure to mark ALL FILES
5. Then SAVE, close and restart Praxis and\or ScanAway
ADOBE READER > EDIT > PREFERENCES > SECURITY (ENHANCED)> SANDBOX PROTECTIONS > PROTECTED VIEW > ALL FILES > SAVE
