Scanaway not launching

We are aware some clinics are facing trouble connecting to Scanaway if on version 4-5-6 and 7.

Patient Portal: Duplicate Emails

Dear Praxis Clients,

 

It has come to our attention that some clinics inadvertently may use a single email on more than one patient.

We have made available a query to help you identify if this has taken place. It will display the patients who are using the same email. If you encounter examples, we strongly suggest correcting them immediately.

 

Simply download, unzip, and import the query from this file: http://www.praxisemr.com/downloads/clients_downloads/Duplicate_Emails_Feb-21-19.zip

SOLUTION: DIT License Renewal Alert - ALL PRAXIS VERSIONS - January 2019

Dear Clients,

 

In order to avoid the yearly DIT License renewal alert, we have made available a fix through a component you can download and apply as of today Friday January 4th 2019.

Based on your system setup, please do the following:

 

Component: http://www.infor-med.com/OnlineUpdate5/26Hotfix83/DIT.exe

 

 

> Local Server - Workstation with local installation:

 1. Download and run the component as the local Windows Administrator on server and workstation.

 

> Local Server - Terminal Server:

1. Download and run the component as the local Windows Administrator on server and terminal server.

 

> Cloud Server:

1. If not done already, contact our live support and we will apply this for you.
