Patient Portal: Duplicate Emails

Dear Praxis Clients,
It has come to our attention that some clinics inadvertently may use a single email on more than one patient.
We have made available a query to help you identify if this has taken place. It will display the patients who are using the same email. If you encounter examples, we strongly suggest correcting them immediately.
